Hanami (2025)

On a distant volcanic island that everyone is eager to escape, young Nana discovers the importance of staying put. After her mother, Nia, went into exile shortly after her birth, Nana grows up with her father's family. One day, they receive troubling news about Nia's health. As Nana starts experiencing severe fevers, she is taken to the base of a volcano for healing. There, she enters a realm filled with magical realism, blurring the lines between dreams and reality. Years later, as a teenager, Nana's mother Nia finally makes her way back to the island.
