Unsupersize Me follows the uplifting journey of Juan-Carlos Asse, the owner of Zen Fitness, a personal training studio based in Gainesville, Florida. He aims to showcase how a whole foods, plant-based diet combined with regular exercise can dramatically enhance the health of anyone, quickly and effectively. Drawing on his deep-rooted passions for fitness and nutrition, Asse sets out to illustrate the remarkable transformations he has repeatedly observed in his clients. He firmly believes that this approach is the most efficient path to achieving optimal health.
