Transmutations (1985)

After high-class escort Nicole is abducted from her brothel, wealthy businessman Hugo Motherskille turns to her former lover, Roy Bain, to track her down. As Roy delves into the mystery of her disappearance, he uncovers clues that point to Dr. Savary, a scientist who has created a mysterious white powder sought after by a group of grotesque, deformed humans residing in the city’s underground sewers.
