Shanghai 13 (1984)

A dedicated patriot uncovers proof that the government is working hand in hand with a foreign entity. If this truth were revealed, it could ignite a rebellion against the corrupt regime. One brave official seizes the evidence and plans to escape the country with it. He enlists the help of a local rebel leader commanding a ragtag band known as the Shanghai 13. However, trust is a luxury he can't afford, as some within the group may betray him to the authorities. The hesitant protagonist faces a treacherous path filled with familiar faces, each with their own agenda.
