The Neighbors (2012)

A neighborhood becomes gripped by fear when a young girl is found murdered, leading the locals to suspect a particular resident. As the killer desperately attempts to erase any evidence linking him to the crime, he plots another murder in a bid to flee undetected. One by one, the community members start to piece together the unsettling truth, heightening the tension as the hunt for the truth intensifies.
